Navigating the Toolkit

The toolkit is organized into five sections. You can navigate to specific topics within each section using the tabs at the top of each page.

Each topic is designed to stand alone. You do not need to proceed through the topics in order; it is fine to skip around to find the information most relevant to your needs. However, if you prefer, you can also read through the topics in order by using the "Next" button at the bottom of each page. You'll also find a "Previous" button if you wish to go back.

As you read, feel free to click on links and follow up on items that may be of immediate interest. At the same time, we encourage you to make sure you look at every page of the toolkit so that you understand the full scope of the issues and your options for addressing them. Because the toolkit contains a lot of information, it may be difficult to take in all the ideas, resources, and links in a single read-through. It may be helpful to consider this to be a resource that you can return to as needed.
