Visit Us

We are located in "The University District Building," a five-story dark glass structure located on the southeast corner of NE 45th St and 11th Ave NE. Our offices are in Suite 400, on the 4th floor, immediately on the right when exiting the elevators.

Driving

From I-5, take Exit 169 to NE 45th St and head east on NE 45th St.

You may also view a Google map and use its "Get Directions" feature for assistance.

Parking

Two-hour paid street parking is available on Roosevelt Way NE (one block west), on 11th Ave NE, and on 12th Ave NE. (Note that Roosevelt Way is one-way southbound and 11th Ave NE is one-way northbound.) Several pay parking lots are also nearby.

Bus Transportation

Our office can be reached by the more than 60 bus routes that serve the University District.

Bicycling

Bike racks are available in front of our building on NE 45th St, and in the parking garage, which is accessible from the west side of the building on 11th Ave NE. Please bring a sturdy lock, secure your bike properly, and remove all valuables.
