Evaluation

Evaluation is critical to success, especially in public health. Without information proving a training or a program's impact, how can public health determine whether to expand, continue or discontinue the effort? NWCPHP recognizes the region's need for evaluation tools and expertise. A great deal of energy, time, and money are invested into projects and evaluation teaches us how to make those investments more strategically.

We focus on three areas of evaluation:

1. Evaluating public health programs

2. Evaluating public health training needs

3. Evaluating public health trainings

In addition to offering evaluation support and services, the NWCPHP evaluation team has developed three self-paced online modules to help build evaluation expertise in your organization. Courses available are:
