In the June session of Hot Topics in Practice, presenters Claire Grant, MPH, a Resilience and Preparedness Strategist at DOH, and Evan Mix, JD, MPA, the Assistant Director of Research at the UW’s Center for Disaster Resilient Communities (CDRC), introduce H2azaRDS: a tool that helps health jurisdictions produce risk assessments that meet federal requirements for public health emergency preparedness projects and guide strategic investment in local preparedness. By viewing this webinar, participants will explore the motivation for and design of the tool, and see a live walk-through of the assessment process and results.
