NWCPHP is looking for a part-time Research Coordinator to work on activities associated with King County's Best Starts for Kids initiative, through a collaborative evaluation project led by NWCPHP and the University of Washington School of Nursing.

The Research Coordinator will work in partnership with Public Health – Seattle & King County via the Best Starts for Kids initiative and with diverse language and cultural groups working in community based organizations. As a result, qualified candidates must have excellent collaborative leadership skills and strategies for working among multiple, diverse organizations and groups.

Primary duties of this position involve project management and implementation, data collection and analysis, and knowledge-sharing and dissemination related to evaluating capacity-building efforts. This position will conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis using a developmental evaluation approach. Analysis will be informed by a behavioral and implementation sciences framework and a focus on equity.
