First Annual Research Meeting

The first annual research meeting for the Department of Health Services will be June 15, 2011. The theme for the meeting is "Research That Makes a Difference: A Community of Researchers and Practitioners Improving Public Health and Health Care."

You are invited to join the University of Washington's Department of Health Services in celebrating research that makes a difference.

The first annual research meeting for the Department of Health Services will be June 15, 2011. The theme for the meeting is "Research That Makes a Difference: A Community of Researchers and Practitioners Improving Public Health and Health Care." The event will be held at the University of Washington Tower and will showcase the diverse research of public health and health care services. Dr. Benjamin Danielson, the Medical Director of Odessa Brown Children's Clinic, will deliver the keynote address.

In addition to the keynote address, the day will include a catered lunch and panel discussions of selected posters. A reception will take place at the end of the event.

Conference registration, lunch, and the reception are free, courtesy of the Department of Health Services, but you must register for this event.
