In the February session of Hot Topics in Practice, representatives from the North Sound Accountable Community of Health in Washington State share how their coalition is addressing this issue through expanded access to birth control in their area.
In this one-hour presentation, the speakers will summarize the state of reproductive health issues at the national level, review the data about unintended pregnancies and health disparities, and describe effective forms of birth control. They will also review successes and lessons learned from their efforts to increase provider awareness around the financial and health benefits of Long-Acting Reversible Contraception.
