Data Modernization Gap Analysis & Workforce Needs Assessment - Washington Department of Health
Our team conducted a gap analysis to identify system gaps and areas for improvement in data infrastructure, workforce, interoperability, and governance. Our findings informed strategic planning efforts to advance data modernization across Washington’s public health system.
Workforce Needs Assessment Technical Assistance - Public Health - Seattle & King County
Our team provided comprehensive technical assistance, including survey design based on competency sets, for a workforce needs assessment, supporting the project from conception through implementation to ensure alignment with project goals and best practices. This work supported workforce development planning for future surge capacity.
Vaccine Landscape Assessment - Clackamas County Public Health
Our team conducted an analysis of vaccine rates within the county and interview-based evaluations to examine the childhood vaccination landscape across the county. The findings support the health department’s assurance responsibilities by identifying gaps, informing strategies, and guiding program improvements.
Statewide Systems Evaluation of the State-Supplied Vaccine Programs - Oregon Health Authority
To inform systems change of the state-supplied vaccine programs, our team examined factors influencing provider participation in Oregon’s state-supplied vaccine programs. The evaluation included a provider survey, interviews, a simulated patient study, and geospatial analysis.
Qualitative Evaluation on Belonging for New Employees - Oregon Health Authority
As part of a broader effort to improve new staff retention, the assessment included interviews with recently hired employees. Our team collaborated with OHA to conduct all data collection, analyze the findings, and author the report.
