Yolanda Fong, MN

Yolanda Fong serves as a faculty facilitator for the Northwest Public Health & Primary Care Leadership Institute.

Yolanda is currently the Community Health Director at Kitsap Public Health District in Bremerton, WA. Yolanda has been working in local public health since 2008 and has experience in several areas including public health nurse home-visiting, chronic disease prevention, coalition development and most recently COVID-19 pandemic response.

Yolanda received a Master in Nursing from the University of Washington, Tacoma with a focus on Community and Population Health. Yolanda is passionate about leadership development and was able to participate in The National Leadership Academy for the Public’s Health. Yolanda is excited to share her experiences and grow along side community leaders from the northwest region.
