Shay Bluemer-Miroite, is an instructor in NWCPHP's Public Health Management Certificate program.
In addition to her work with NWCPHP, Shay has led work strengthening health systems and improving HIV care and patient outcomes across the Caribbean and sub-Sahara Africa. Shay's teaching and consulting work is done through her company, Ensemble Impact LLC, where she also advises on quality improvement for national improvement networks. She holds a Master's of Public Health from the University of Washington.
