Katie McDowell conducts research and evaluation for projects and trainings at the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice and for partner organizations.
She received her Master’s in Public Health from the University of Washington in the Community-Oriented Public Health Practice Program where she participated in community-based projects with local and state public health agencies ranging from program evaluation to policy drafting and analysis.
