Register online for the Summer Institute. After completing the online form, download the payment form and mail or fax it to:

Registration

Advance registration is required and accepted in the order received. You may reserve a space at the Summer Institute by sending in your registration form, with payment or purchase order. However, your registration is not complete and confirmed until full payment is received.


Registration and payment: $1200 if you register before June 29, 2012.
Registrations received after June 29, 2012 will be $1500. Registration closes on July 31, 2012.

Register as a group! Groups of three or more: $1100 per participant


In addition to classroom instruction time, curriculum materials, and plenary sessions, registration includes three lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks on all days, and one evening reception. Registration does not cover the cost of scholar lodging or travel to/from the Institute.

Policies

Course changes are allowed until July 27, 2012. Course changes after this date will be assessed a $50 course-change fee. No changes will be allowed after July 27.

Cancellation must be in writing: refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued up to July 27, 2012; after that, registration fees are forfeited.

Participant substitutions are permitted at no charge if notified by July 13. After July 27, a $50 fee will be issued.

Waiting list: People on the waiting list will be notified if space becomes available, and will have 14 days to pay their registration.
