To log into PH LearnLink, you must have a login ID and password (see How to Register). Perform the following steps to enter PH LearnLink:

1. Go to PH LearnLink and enter the login ID and password you chose when you registered.
   
   
2. Click Submit. You will be taken to the PH LearnLink home page.

Forgot Your Login ID?

If you have forgotten your login ID, perform the following steps:

1. From the PH LearnLink login entry page, click Forgot Login? The Login Assistance form will open.
2. Complete the form by entering your first and last name. Click Submit.
3. If you are registered with PH LearnLink, your login ID will be displayed. Make note of your login ID and click Next to return to the login entry page.

If your login ID is not listed:

1. Confirm that you have entered the information correctly.
2. Click the e-mail link to contact NWCPHP for additional assistance.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, perform the following steps:

1. Go to PH LearnLink and click Forgot Password? The Password Assistance form will open.
2. Complete the form by entering your login ID and e-mail address.
3. Click Submit. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered during the registration process.
4. After receiving your password, log into the site as described above.
