Certificates are available upon successful completion of our online modules. You must pass the final quiz or exercise at the end of the module in order to view and print the certificate.

1. Begin an online module.
   
2. After viewing the content, you will arrive at the final quiz, case study, or interactive exercise. You must complete this activity and earn at least 70% to pass and receive a certificate. Click Finish on the quiz results page and you will be forwarded to a survey and your certificate of completion.

Reprinting Your Certificate

If you have completed a course and passed the quiz, but need to reprint your certificate, you can either:

• Take the quiz again to gain access to the certificate link, or
• E-mail nwcphp@u.washington.edu and request a direct link to the certificate.
