Presenter

Patrick Libbey is a consultant in public health systems and organizational issues including current work for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation examining regionalization of local public health systems and services. Starting in 2002, he served for six years as the Executive Director of the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). He has been a leader in the movement for accreditation of local and state health departments serving as a founder and incorporating board member of the Public Health Accreditation Board. Prior to his time at NACCHO, Mr. Libbey was a local health official for over 25 years in Washington State. He has served in a wide range of leadership positions in the public health field at the local, state and national levels. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Nurse Family Partnership and Public Health Enterprises, Inc.
