Summer Institute Overview

The Summer Institute for Public Health Practice is a three-and-a-half day, hands-on training for public health practitioners to build critical skills needed for the future of public health.

Summer Institute participants have the opportunity to:

  • Choose one highly interactive course to focus on for the duration of the Summer Institute
  • Attend plenary sessions with national public health leaders
  • Network and learn from other professionals from around the Northwest

When: August 5–8, 2013

Where: University of Washington, Seattle campus

Learning Environment: Classroom, in-person

Registration Deadline: July 26, 2013

Cost: Before June 30: $1,000 per person / $900 per person for groups of three or more. Cost after July 1: $1,300 per person / $1,200 per person for groups.
