The Public Health Management Certificate kicks off with an orientation webinar in June and an on-site session at the University of Washington, Seattle campus in August. After that, the curriculum is broken down into projects and courses that are completed using distance-learning methods.
Scholars typically spend 6–8 hours per week on their coursework. Weekly webinars for the course blocks and tools of the trade sessions will be held on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. Pacific. A tentative 2017–2018 program schedule outline is below. See a sample detailed schedule.
