PCORP Summer Institute

The Patient Centered Outcomes Research Partnership (PCORP) Summer Institute takes place in Seattle, Washington. Registration for the 2017 Institute is now closed. Contact Trudy San Jose White for more information.

The PCORP Summer Institute is a week-long, in-person training to prepare scientists, clinicians, and health care managers for conducting research on patient-centered outcomes and the comparative effectiveness of medical treatments.

Project Details: All applicants should submit a project idea to workshop during the week. Participants will work in small groups to refine the project's aims and deliverables through peer review and assistance from faculty mentors.

Cost: The PCORP Summer Institute is currently subsidized by a grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (R25HS023207). Participants in the two-year training program attend the institute as part of their program requirements at no cost. For a limited time, additional participants may attend for the special rate of $500 to cover facility costs.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. Refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued up to July 1, 2017. After that date, registration fees are forfeited.
