The Patient Centered Outcomes Research Partnership (PCORP) is a training program for scientists and clinicians.

PCORP Overview

The Patient Centered Outcomes Research Partnership (PCORP) is a training program to prepare scientists, clinicians, and health care managers for conducting research on patient-centered outcomes and the comparative effectiveness of medical treatments.

The curriculum design is driven by community partners and combines online and in-person training. The program includes a focus on community-based health care and reducing health disparities among American Indians, Alaska Natives, and rural populations.

Where: University of Washington Seattle campus and online

Format: In-person lectures, webinars and other distance-based activities, small groups, one-on-one mentoring

Dates: The program will run from April 2019–June 2020, with an onsite session on the University of Washington campus in Seattle from July 15–19, 2019.

Application process: The full PCORP program is currently not accepting applications. Application deadline was January 31, 2019. 
However, the 2019 Summer Institute is currently accepting applications. Application deadline for the Summer Institute is May 31, 2019.
