The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Professionals Leadership Training Program is designed to increase participants’ collaborative leadership skills through on-site and distance learning opportunities, problem-based curriculum, and mentoring by practice-based faculty.

Core Activities

  • Conduct an in-depth training needs assessment focused on professionals in population health, specifically MCH leaders and staff
  • Provide an intensive leadership institute and mentoring component geared specifically toward MCH professionals
  • Convene an expert advisory committee to make recommendation related to curriculum design and implementation
