How to Register for Hot Topics through Washington Public Health Training Network

 

If you are not from Washington DOH, Local Health Jurisdictions, or Tribal Health and would like to setup a viewing location, follow the steps below to register using the Washington Public Health Training Network (WAPHTN) online registration system. Your contact information will be listed on the WAPHTN site so that others may contact you to attend at your location.

  1. Go to https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/waphtn/broadcast.asp and locate the upcoming Hot Topics session in the Current Broadcasts list.
  2. Click the "Add Site" link next to the session title.

  3. Follow the instructions in the WAPHTN form for adding yourself (a site) as a participant.
  4. The day before the session, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to join the online session and telephone dial-in information for the audio. Use this information to access the session.
