If you have installed the iLinc player and you are having difficulty viewing archives using Internet Explorer, try the following:

1. Right-click on the link to the archive you wish to view and select "Save Target As", then click "Save".
2. From the Start menu, go to Programs and select the iLinc Player.
3. From the iLinc Player, select File / Open and select the file you just downloaded. Click the Play button.
