Program and training evaluation are two common areas in which NWCPHP provides technical assistance to our Northwest public health partners.
Training Evaluation
NWCPHP uses a standardized approach to evaluating all training programs we sponsor or organize. We developed a Training Evaluation Model to guide this process and to establish a standardized set of core evaluation questions. The Training Evaluation Model illustrates the stages we use for evaluating trainings and data elements that may be collected for each stage.
Standardized Training Evaluation Templates
These basic templates are used for all evaluations conducted by NWCPHP. We offer these templates as resources that can be modified based on individual training designs. NWCPHP periodically reviews and revises these templates based on operational needs and field testing.
