In Round Two of PPHR, all seven health districts in Idaho earned PPHR recognition, making Idaho the only state recognized as PPHR in its entirety. NWCPHP assisted the district-level health departments by providing materials upon request to specific district coordinators. The preparedness training needs assessment used in Idaho was based on the instrument developed by the NWCPHP for use in Thurston County and in other locations.
