Hill County, Montana

NWCPHP has been working with the Hill County Health Department Director as part of Round Three for PPHR. Prior to this, Montana DPHHS contracted with NWCPHP to conduct an assessment of Montana's state, local and tribal public health workforce training needs. The training needs identified from this assessment will be used to develop a training plan for the PPHR work in Hill County. As of June 2006, NWCPHP has provided consultation on training plan development and examples from work with Thurston County Health Department, WA.
