About NWCPHP

NWCPHP promotes excellence in public health practice. As part of the University of Washington School of Public Health, NWCPHP provides training, research, and evaluation for state, local, and tribal public health in six Northwest states—Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.

Our Many Partners

Our regional steering committee provides invaluable feedback and direction for NWCPHP activities. In 2010, we formed a community advisory board to ensure our research is directly applicable to the practice community. Both groups meet twice a year and are composed of local, state, and tribal public health leaders from the six states in the region. We also signed memorandums of understanding with all four of the region’s accredited master of public health programs. Click here to see some of our collaboration with regional partners.

We wish to thank all who serve on our boards and the public health professionals who keep us connected to today’s complex public health environment.
