New Module: Program Evaluation in Environmental Health

The Northwest Center for Public Health Practice (NWCPHP) is proud to announce the posting of a new online training module, Program Evaluation in Environmental Health.

NWCPHP, in partnership with the Regional Academic Environmental Public Health Center, has completed a new module targeted at public health professionals who have responsibility for implementing environmental health programs.

The module provides an introduction to the concepts and components of program evaluation. Topics include an overview of the program evaluation process and the six steps in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) framework. The module also discusses the tasks of each phase of the evaluation process and offers a workbook for planning a program evaluation. No prerequisite knowledge or skills are necessary.
