Three publications from the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice have won awards of excellence in the 2010 APEX competition.
The 20th anniversary “then & now” postcard series won in the one-of-a-kind electronic & Web publications category; our journal Northwest Public Health won in the 1-2 person produced magazines & journals category; and our redesigned NWCPHP Web site won in the most improved Web site category. In this year’s 22nd Annual APEX Awards, awards were given in 127 communications categories.
The APEX Awards for Publication Excellence is an annual competition for writers, editors, designers, and business and nonprofit communicators. It is sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc., publishers of business communication reports.
Northwest Public Health won an award of excellence in 2009 and the top APEX award, the Grand Award, in 2007.
