Carl Osaki Keynotes Oklahoma Conference

NWCPHP faculty, Carl Osaki, RS, MSPH, gave the keynote speech at the Oklahoma Society of Environmental Health Professionals AEC conference on October 20, 2009. Mr. Osaki’s speech was titled “Essential Services of Environmental Health – Preparing for Accreditation.”

Accreditation is at the forefront of many people’s minds as the Public Health Accreditation Board begins working with its pilot sites throughout the country to standardize and improve public health accreditation. Approximately 160 people attended Mr. Osaki’s presentation. The conference was held in Norman, Oklahoma.
