Graphic Design Principles and Your Identity

Parents of Kids with Infectious Diseases (PKIDs) has become an incredible resource for public health communication. PKIDs produces webinars that showcase tools and strategies for strong public health communication. Many of these webinars have content that is useful in a variety of public health settings.

On March 8, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., NWCPHP Communications and Marketing Manager, Missie Thurston, will be presenting about graphic design principles, branding, and consistent visual identity. This webinar is free and open to the public as part of PKIDs' Communications Made Easy (CME) series.

Thurston's presentation will examine some of the fundamental aspects of graphic design, focusing on learning how to better identify and build strong visuals. After this discussion, the presentation will delve into how to build and maintain a consistent visual identity for businesses and organizations. The presentation will run from 9:00–10:30 a.m. and discussion will be encouraged throughout the presentation.
