The moral, financial, and legal reasons to eliminate disparities in health and health care provide strong incentives for multiple agencies to collaborate on these issues.

In the January session of Hot Topics in Practice, Teresa Litton, MPH, presents key findings from the Washington Health Alliance’s 2014 Disparities in Care Report that health care providers and their community partners can use to jointly address racial and ethnic disparities in health. Utilizing the report and its Medicaid claims analysis, health-related organizations can see how care is or is not provided and where opportunities for collaboration may exist.

Webinar participants will be encouraged to share ideas for using data to promote population health and health equity.

Register today to learn key data for leading health systems reform in your area.
