Staff

Principal Investigator

Carl Osaki is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences, School of Public Health and Community Medicine, University of Washington. He is also on the faculty with the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice. He retired from Public Health - Seattle & King County in 1999 as the Director of the Environmental Health Division. He was the 1997-1998 Chair of the Washington State Association of Local Public Health Officials (WSALPHO) and is a former member of the Washington State Board of Health. He provides consultation and training to local, state, and tribal environmental health units nationwide.

Staff

Chuck Treser, Program Associate
Charles D. Treser, MPH, is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Program Director of the Undergraduate Program in the Department of Environmental Health. Mr. Treser teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as the school-wide extended MPH degree program. Mr. Treser served as the principal investigator of the Training for Essential Services of Environmental Health.
