Dennis Dennis coaches the Discovery Learning 360 Portion of the Northwest Public Health Leadership Institute. Dennis has consulted with leaders and teams from a wide variety of organizations for over 30 years. After serving as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer at the National Naval Medical Center he completed doctoral study in both clinical and organizational psychology at Purdue University. Dennis has held faculty appointments in nursing, psychology, and organization development at Purdue University, the University of Washington, and Central Washington University. His consulting is informed by real world experience gained while serving as a Vice President of Human Resources & Organization Development and Assistant Secretary of Health for Washington State.

Dennis is a firm proponent of continuing professional development and has received advanced certification from Harvard’s National Leadership Preparedness Initiative, the Management Program at the UW Foster School of Business, Center for Creative Leadership, Human Resources Certification Institute, and the AHRQ TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer Course at Duke University Medical Center.
