Funding & Networks

NWCPHP's major funders include CDC, HRSA, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to support training, research, evaluation, and communications activities.

A large portion of our activities in support of public health practice is made possible through grants from the following organizations:

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funding includes support for the
Northwest Preparedness and Emergency Response Learning Center (PERLC) and the
Northwest Preparedness and Emergency Response Research Center (PERRC).

Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funding includes support for the Northwest Public Health Training Center (PHTC).

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation funding includes support for individual research projects and for the Public Health Law Training Project.

Other Funders and Networks

Other funders and networks include the de Beaumont Foundation and the National Healthy Homes Training Center and Network.
