NWCPHP Turns 20!
In 2010, the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice (NWCPHP) celebrated its 20th anniversary. Our history began in July of 1990 with a single grant and the desire to bring training and educational resources from the University of Washington's School of Public Health to the public health practice community. Twenty years later, we have numerous grants allowing us to work on everything from climate change to public health law—but all still focused on the mission to link academia and the public health practice community.
